I created this website for people to educate themselves about their skin. I wanted a more in depth quiz about individuals' skin and then have recommendations for their specific skin type. One of the big things that was most important to me about the recommended products for you skin type was the trial size. I feel like there's not enough trial sizes to TRY. What if you don't like a specific product and the only option was to buy a full size product. Then there is another product you won't be using because it doesn't work for YOUR skin. I cannot tell you guys how many times I have had to give away products because they don't work for my skin type. It's frustrating.
Another quiz I have for you guys is for you to find out your Fitzpatrick type. Yes, this is just as important because that scale describes how your skin reacts to sunlight. A crazy fact about sunscreen are the numbers. Did you know that SPF 15 blocks only 4% less rays than SPF 30? While SPF 30 blocks about 97% of the suns rays. Mind blowing! You wouldn't know that unless someone like an Esthetician or Dermatologist educated you about that. So, yes, just as important of knowing your Fitzpatrick type along with knowing what products or ingredients are good for YOUR specific skin type.
I am so excited to get to know all of you and help you understand YOUR skin. Everyone's skin is different and unique. What may work for one person isn't necessarily going to work for yours. So please, let's stop buying products off of influencers TikTok pages, or even their Amazon storefronts. I could go on more about Amazon, however that's for another time. Together, let's figure out what ingredients work for your skin that results in healthy, glowing skin!
